15-Week Doctor Booboo, sí, dígame: Spanish Fundamentals for doctors and healthcare workers.
4-Week Learn French/Spanish with Songs (beginner and intermediate levels).

4-Week Louisiana French Language and Culture.
4-Week Spanish-American Literature.
6-Week French Reading Series I (beginner levels).

On the Geaux
Perfect for professionals in tourism and hospitality—and for travelers eager to communicate with ease—this class focuses on practical, high-impact phrases you can use right away.
French/Spanish.
Doctor Boo boo, sí, dígame...
This class is for healthcare personnel such as physicians, nurses, and all individuals involved in direct patient care.
You will learn how to understand and ask basic questions and responses commonly used during routine medical appointments or in emergency situations. This class is currently offered in Spanish only.
A link of boudin or A link of chorizo
This class is stuffed with 101 French or Spanish, fun, and business terms.
While other language schools will expect you to reach a certain command of a language, we will introduce you to the business world right away, making a super-efficient class for your job!
‘Throw me somethin’
This is your emblematic ‘Laissez les bons temps rouler’ class for people who want to learn French/Spanish for leisure and are not in too much in a hurry but still want to get somethin’.
Lagniappe
This French/Spanish evening class is your general foundational course with a little surprise for hard workers like a complimentary drink or snack.
Gumbo
This is your lagniappe evening class combined with a link of boudin/chorizo class.
